Because how we define a beautiful body is getting more and more unrealistic. And you will agree that this thinking is causing many women, perhaps your wife, to feel unattractive. Yes, most of the wives.
But as a loving husband, look what you can do to help her feel more confident with what she is. Here’s what I do and trust me, my wife always tells me, “You make me feel beautiful.”
1. Tell your wife that you love her.
Tell her often and in different ways. Don’t wait until she needs it. Let her know when she isn’t expecting it.
2. Often look at her and make sure she knows it.
😉 A glance, a word, a raised eyebrow, a smile…..anything to show her that she catches your attention.
3. Overlook all ‘bikini’ women in the newspaper.
Wink, Wink!! How a husband more interested in other women devastates his wife’s self-esteem, needs no explanation. Right??
4. No comparisons.
If you want her to lose weight like so and so….or dress up like Ms.Neighbor, never point out straight. Find out ways, go creatively. 😉
5. Place her picture prominently on your desk and carry it in your wallet.
It’s a must! Absolutely must.
6. Gifts at unexpected moments are a big YES
Acknowledge her unconditional and generous love with surprise gifts. Women love it!
7. Compliment her in front of your children.
Let the kids know how special and lovely their mother is. They will definitely pass on those sentiments. And it will do its work. Trust me, it works wonders!
8. Leave the gifts with a love note for her.
They should be handwritten.
9. Be romantic.
You won her heart to make her yours. Isn’t it? Whoever that guy was, keep him alive.

10. Treat yourself with respect too.
Dress Smart, Look smart, Be Smart for her. But don’t talk about it, especially if you are losing weight. It may make her feel like a failure.
