All merchandise is thoroughly inspected before being shipped to the customer. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the time the order is placed.
You will have 7 days upon the date of receiving your items to return unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached to receive a full refund. You must mail us at email@example.com with the order no as the reference.
Once your items are returned to us and have been inspected for wear or use, the funds will be returned in the original form of payment within three to five business days. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for your financial institution to process the funds. You will be notified via email of the return.
If returned items do show signs of wear or damage they will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
All sale items are final sale and no exceptions will be made.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any lost return packages and highly recommend you use a trackable shipping method for returns.
If you want to exchange an item, you will need to return it using the above return policy only. Return items will be exchanged only if the item is unused and unworn.
Because we want to offer unique merchandise to you, we keep limited stock for each product; therefore, exchanges will be done subject to availability of the same item or else you can make a new purchase with the refund money.
